Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily outlet operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and mentor team members on service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures
- Monitor sales performance, implement upselling strategies, and achieve monthly targets
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand compliance regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely inventory replenishment and cost optimization
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory or assistant manager roles within F&B/retail
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management
- Strong operational knowledge including inventory control, POS systems, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Basic financial literacy with experience in sales reporting and KPI monitoring
- Certification in food safety and hygiene management (preferred)
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous)
