Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outlet performance for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in the food service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and food preparation methods is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic financial literacy with experience in inventory management and cost control
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions during peak hours
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
