Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service by resolving inquiries and handling complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store layout is appealing, organized, and compliant with brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Prepare daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail supervision or management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
