Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate outlet staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and supply chain coordination
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
- Conduct staff scheduling and performance evaluations
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years in supervisory role within F&B or retail sector
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic financial acumen for sales tracking and budget awareness
- Customer service oriented with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
