As the Outlet Supervisor, you are the captain of the ship. Your primary mission is to create an unforgettable experience for every guest while upholding the operational excellence that defines the Oriental Coffee brand. From managing inventory and optimizing costs to leading a dedicated team of service professionals, your role is pivotal in driving the store's success and profitability.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the bridge between management and the floor team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes shift scheduling, cash handling, compliance with health and safety regulations, and executing marketing initiatives to boost sales. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service standards are met at all times.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of baristas and service crew, ensuring optimal shift coverage and team performance.
- Manage stock levels, inventory orders, and supply chain logistics to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Handle cash management, daily sales reconciliation, and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards compliant with local regulations and company policies.
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training to new and existing staff to enhance their product knowledge and service skills.
- Resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally, maintaining the brand's reputation for quality and care.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in promotional activities to drive revenue growth within the outlet.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the F&B or retail industry is required for this position.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role or as a shift leader is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
