Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full or partial sets of accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and file GST (Goods and Services Tax) returns in strict compliance with local regulations.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement to employees.
- Perform month-end and year-end accounting procedures, including financial reporting and closing.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify all financial transactions to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and relevant compliance standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account status, queries, and financial updates.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MICPA) are highly preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting outsourcing or a similar associate/senior role.
- Strong working knowledge of GST regulations and payroll processing systems.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios effectively under tight deadlines.
