Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a portfolio of clients by providing comprehensive full-set accounting services.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable management, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure client compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and cash flow projections for clients.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes to provide proactive financial advice to clients.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) efficiently to streamline documentation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in an accounting firm or outsourcing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) requirements.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently under pressure.
