Smartdeer Services Centre is seeking a talented Overseas Delivery Engineer (Telecom/IT) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering cutting‑edge telecom and IT solutions to our international clients, ensuring seamless implementation, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product management, network engineering, and customer support, to coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of services across multiple regions. Your expertise in English (both spoken and written) combined with basic Chinese communication skills will enable you to bridge cultural gaps and effectively liaise with stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of telecom/IT projects, ensuring on‑time and within‑budget completion.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessment for multiple international deployments.
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and third‑party vendors to define requirements, resolve issues, and provide status updates.
- Perform on‑site installation, configuration, and testing of network equipment and software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Conduct client training and create documentation to ensure smooth handover and ongoing support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in telecom or IT project delivery, preferably in an international context.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral); basic Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), VoIP, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed, with a valid passport.
