Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor daily postpaid operations to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.
- Analyze Postpaid customer lifecycle data to identify areas for process improvement and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, and Customer Care) to resolve complex operational escalations efficiently.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on Postpaid performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and regulatory compliance for all postpaid billing and subscription processes.
- Support the execution of new Postpaid product launches and service enhancement initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks within the postpaid ecosystem to minimize customer churn.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in telecommunications operations, specifically within Postpaid billing or service delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing operational projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure digital telecommunications environment.
