We are seeking a technically proficient professional to deliver high-quality repair services and comprehensive support to our business units. As a key member of our technical team, you will ensure the reliability and performance of critical networking infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, managing service requests, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform diagnosis and repair of Allied Telesis networking hardware, including routers, switches, and optical equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services to business units and clients.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure timely procurement of required components.
- Document all repair activities, maintenance logs, and technical reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality assurance standards in the workshop.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as a Field Service Technician, Hardware Technician, or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of networking protocols, fiber optics, and data transmission systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, circuit diagrams, and service manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (for foreign applicants) and willingness to travel to client sites.
