Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily postpaid operation workflows, including service activation and account adjustments.
- Monitor billing cycles and ensure timely resolution of postpaid customer inquiries and disputes.
- Coordinate with regional sales and technical teams to maintain service uptime and operational efficiency in the Sulawesi area.
- Prepare regular performance reports and operational dashboards for management review.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline postpaid operations and reduce error rates.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and company policies regarding subscriber data management.
- Participate in regional service optimization projects to enhance the postpaid user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications operations, billing, or customer service administration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet tight operational deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in the Sulawesi region is a significant advantage.
