- Conduct thorough risk assessments for overseas inward insurance applications
- Evaluate insurance proposals and determine appropriate coverage terms and conditions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company underwriting guidelines
- Collaborate with brokers and clients to clarify risk details and coverage needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of underwriting decisions and risk profiles
- Identify new market opportunities to diversify the international portfolio
- Support senior underwriters in developing risk mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field
- Basic knowledge of underwriting principles and insurance products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Attention to detail with ability to manage complex documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
