PT Aicha Food Indonesia is seeking a meticulous Overseas Payroll Specialist to manage international payroll operations for our global workforce. In this critical role, you'll collaborate directly with department heads to calculate salaries for expatriate employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local and international regulations, and timely processing. You'll be responsible for maintaining confidential payroll records, resolving discrepancies, and staying updated on evolving tax legislation affecting overseas employees. Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and process salaries for overseas employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with supervisors to verify employee hours, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with international tax laws, social security regulations, and cross-border payroll requirements
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and confidentiality of employee financial data
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries regarding international compensation
- Assist in month-end and year-end payroll closing activities for overseas staff
- Stay current on changes in international payroll legislation and reporting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing with international exposure
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and international payroll compliance
- Proficiency in payroll software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
