Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end sea freight and airfreight shipment processes
- Facilitate communication between international agents, carriers, and internal teams
- Manage nomination procedures and documentation compliance for cross-border shipments
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas partners and key stakeholders
- Analyze shipping routes to optimize cost-efficiency and delivery timelines
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international forwarding or sales coordination
- Proficiency in sea freight and airfreight documentation systems
- Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international trade regulations
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
