- Coordinate end-to-end shipment lifecycle for sea and airfreight operations
- Facilitate seamless communication between international agents, carriers, and internal departments
- Manage documentation compliance for cross-border shipments and customs clearance
- Monitor shipment tracking and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve logistical delays and implement contingency solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key global logistics partners

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or international sales
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of sea freight and airfreight regulations and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to operational details
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with logistics software and documentation systems
