- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for Watsons' private label products
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify consumer trends and competitive insights
- Lead end-to-end campaign management from concept to implementation
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
- Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Identify new market opportunities and innovation concepts for brand growth
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and digital marketing platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
