Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end purchase-to-pay processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Review and validate purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests for accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and process bottlenecks
- Monitor vendor performance and implement strategies to enhance payment cycle efficiency
- Develop and maintain P2P process documentation and procedural guides
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchase-to-pay or accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certification in procurement or finance (e.g., CIPS, ACCA) is advantageous
- Experience working in chemical manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred
