Vanli Auto Spares Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PA cum Credit Control Officer to join our dynamic team in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. In this dual-function role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations while ensuring the financial health of our accounts receivable. We are looking for a versatile professional who excels in coordination, possesses a sharp eye for financial accuracy, and is fluent in both English and Mandarin to bridge communication with our diverse overseas partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level administrative support to management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for overseas partners, ensuring clear and professional communication in both English and Mandarin.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, performing regular credit control follow-ups via email and telephone.
- Prepare accurate and timely credit reports, aging summaries, and management dashboards for senior leadership.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure seamless office and departmental workflows.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the documentation and filing of official corporate records and international trade correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or credit control role is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive credit collection matters.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
