In this dual-function role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations while ensuring the financial health of our accounts receivable. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-level administrative support to management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for overseas partners, ensuring clear and professional communication in both English and Mandarin.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, performing regular credit control follow-ups via email and telephone.
  • Prepare accurate and timely credit reports, aging summaries, and management dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure seamless office and departmental workflows.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in the documentation and filing of official corporate records and international trade correspondence.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or credit control role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive credit collection matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
