Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules to meet client-specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test system solutions that improve HR process efficiency.
- Provide expert-level support for compensation cycles, ensuring accuracy in bonus calculations, merit increases, and equity awards.
- Analyze complex data sets to generate insights that support management decision-making in human capital strategy.
- Conduct system troubleshooting, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes to ensure platform stability.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to ensure high levels of system adoption and operational excellence.
- Document business processes, functional specifications, and configuration guides for internal and client use.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically within Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, particularly in total rewards, salary planning, and incentive management.
- Proficiency in system configuration, business rules, and XML integration within SuccessFactors.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile project environments and a demonstrated ability to meet tight project deadlines.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors Certifications are highly preferred.
