Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end packaging development process from conceptualization to final production.
- Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and production teams to ensure design alignment with brand identity.
- Conduct feasibility studies, including material selection, structural integrity, and durability testing.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors to ensure quality compliance and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions to align with company green initiatives.
- Oversee prototype creation, sampling, and rigorous quality control protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, material innovations, and changing consumer packaging preferences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in packaging development or a similar role within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D modeling tools (SolidWorks or AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of various packaging materials (paper, plastics, glass, etc.) and their manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
