Tanggung Jawab
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and accurate product packaging
- Monitor packaging processes to maintain quality standards and identify any issues
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging equipment
- Inspect packaged products for quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Document packaging activities and report any deviations from standard procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or related field is a plus
- Previous experience as a Packaging Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of packaging machinery and equipment operation
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
