In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing inventory systems, accurately inputting operational data, generating comprehensive reports, and coordinating with kitchen teams to ensure seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate will optimize packing processes, maintain stock integrity, and implement organizational systems that enhance efficiency across our manufacturing and logistics functions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for packing materials and finished goods
- Input and update operational data in inventory management systems
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock levels and packing efficiency
- Coordinate with kitchen teams to align packing schedules with production timelines
- Implement organizational systems for optimal warehouse space utilization
- Monitor packing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize material flow and distribution
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics preferred
- 1+ years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software and data entry systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical ability to handle warehouse materials and stand for extended periods
