Tanggung Jawab
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment efficiently to meet production targets
- Inspect and verify pharmaceutical products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Monitor packaging materials and ensure proper labeling of all products
- Maintain clean and organized work area following hygiene standards
- Report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of packaging processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3 degree in pharmacy or related field is preferred)
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging is advantageous
- Attention to detail with strong quality control awareness
- Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and GMP standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
