Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sourcing operations for palm oil and lauric derivatives across Sumatera Utara
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and smallholder farmers
- Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to optimize procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance with RSPO sustainability standards and traceability requirements
- Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient transportation and storage
- Prepare regular sourcing reports and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in palm oil or agricultural sourcing
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian palm oil industry dynamics and sustainability standards
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Understanding of RSPO certification processes and sustainability frameworks
