Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough legal research and analyze case files to support legal strategies.
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, depositions, and meetings.
- Organize and maintain confidential legal files, case histories, and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other agencies regarding case status.
- Assist in compliance audits and regulatory inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a corporate or legal setting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal procedures, regulations, and filing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
