Tanggung Jawab
- Manage legal correspondence and maintain accurate filing systems for physical and digital documents.
- Assist attorneys and legal teams with case preparation, research, and fact-checking.
- Prepare, review, and proofread legal contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate internal and external communications.
- Conduct basic legal research using relevant databases and compile reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Handle administrative duties such as invoicing, expense reporting, and basic office management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Executive Assistant in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.
