As we continue to expand our market presence and operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal and Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cebu.
In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements while supporting our legal department with comprehensive paralegal services. You will play a pivotal part in maintaining our reputation for integrity and excellence in the poultry industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of legal documents, contracts, and compliance policies
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure organizational compliance
- Monitor and document compliance with labor, environmental, food safety, and other regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement compliance programs and training initiatives
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, preparing detailed reports for management review
- Assist in responding to audits, investigations, and inquiries from regulatory bodies
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare regular compliance reports
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations that may impact company operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in paralegal or compliance role, preferably in food manufacturing or agribusiness
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification in compliance or paralegal studies is an advantage
