Tanggung Jawab
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including gathering and organizing relevant documents and evidence
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and legal arguments
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather necessary information
- Assist in scheduling meetings, court appearances, and legal proceedings
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks and documentation management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, or related field
- Previous experience as a Paralegal Assistant or in a similar legal support role
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in legal research tools and software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
