Sterling Bank of Asia is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal Associate to join our growing Legal team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our corporate legal operations, ensuring compliance, and managing vital documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and banking instruments.
- Conduct regular fieldwork to process legal filings, permits, and documentation at government offices and courthouses.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the bank, external counsel, and various regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records, databases, and physical files.
- Assist legal counsel in preparing for litigation or corporate hearings by gathering necessary evidence and exhibits.
- Monitor deadlines for regulatory filings and ensure timely compliance with legal obligations.
- Provide administrative support to the Legal Department to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Must be willing to perform regular fieldwork within Metro Manila and surrounding areas.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
