- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal
- Support investment fund structuring activities through legal documentation preparation and review
- Ensure regulatory compliance and contractual adherence across all legal operations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to resolve contractual issues
- Maintain organized contract databases and documentation repositories
- Conduct legal research on market practices and regulatory developments
- Assist in due diligence processes for investment transactions and fund formations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or legal operations
- Proficiency in investment fund structuring and private markets documentation
- Strong understanding of Philippine corporate and securities regulations
- Advanced skills in legal research tools and contract management software
