Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct legal research and draft essential documents, including contracts, board minutes, and correspondence, ensuring full compliance with Singapore's regulatory standards.
- Manage and maintain the company's statutory books, filing systems, and corporate records with the highest level of accuracy.
- Provide executive secretarial support, including managing the Director's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring data privacy and professional confidentiality at all times.
- Liaise effectively with external legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders on behalf of the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and policy documents for board meetings and general management.
- Oversee general office administration tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow for the executive team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Law, Legal Executive, or a related field; a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar Paralegal/Executive Secretary role is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore's civil and corporate laws, including the Companies Act and other relevant statutes.
- Excellent command of the English language with superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research databases.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
