As a key member of our health and safety operations, you will be responsible for providing immediate medical response, maintaining site health standards, and ensuring the well-being of our workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees in the event of injury or illness.
- Manage and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and facility cleanliness to ensure operational readiness.
- Conduct health screenings and periodic medical check-ups for personnel as required by company standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and incident reports for all patient encounters.
- Coordinate with local clinics or hospitals for medical evacuations or specialized treatment if necessary.
- Promote workplace health and safety awareness among staff to minimize on-site incidents.
- Assist in the implementation of company health and wellness programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Nursing or Midwifery.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Paramedic, Nurse, or in an industrial medical role.
- Possess a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) certificate.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) or equivalent certification.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during emergencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate medical instructions clearly.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic industrial environment.
