Tanggung Jawab
- Respond rapidly to emergency medical calls and provide high-quality pre-hospital clinical care.
- Perform advanced life support (ALS) procedures and administer medications in accordance with established medical protocols.
- Accurately assess patient conditions and make critical decisions regarding treatment and transport priorities.
- Maintain and inspect medical equipment and ambulance inventory to ensure constant operational readiness.
- Provide detailed clinical documentation and handover reports to hospital emergency department staff.
- Lead and mentor Level 1 and 2 Paramedics, ensuring cohesive teamwork during high-stress incidents.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and clinical governance standards.
- Participate in regular medical training and drills to maintain peak professional proficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a NITEC in Nursing, Paramedicine, or a related healthcare field.
- Certified Paramedic Level 3 qualification specifically from SCDF or SAF is mandatory.
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and AED certification.
- Proven experience in emergency medical services or trauma care environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting and manual handling of patients.
- A valid Singapore Class 3 or 4 driving license is highly advantageous.
