Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet incoming and outgoing customers warmly and assist them with parking-related inquiries.
  • Accurately calculate, collect, and process parking fees using cash registers, POS terminals, and digital payment methods.
  • Issue correct change, receipts, and validate parking tickets according to company policies.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of cash drawer, credit card receipts, and digital transaction logs at the end of each shift.
  • Monitor parking lot capacity and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or suspicious activities to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and security within the cashier booth and surrounding parking entrance/exit areas.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma, Vocational Graduate, or equivalent; prior customer service or cashiering experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent basic mathematical and cash-handling skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to interact positively with drivers, visitors, and team members.
  • Ability to operate electronic cash registers, POS systems, and learn automated parking software quickly.
  • Must be reliable, honest, punctual, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
