Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and audit inventory levels across all authorized service centers nationwide to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Support dealer service operations by providing inventory replenishment strategies and process guidance.
- Enforce corporate service standards and operational policies to maintain consistency across the network.
- Analyze inventory performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory handling and stock reconciliation.
- Provide training and guidance to regional service partners regarding inventory management systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to excess or obsolete stock.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of inventory control principles, forecasting, and demand planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record in process improvement and driving operational compliance.
- Ability to travel as required to oversee nationwide operations.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
