You will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory flow, minimizing stock-outs, and enhancing the overall customer service experience by ensuring that the right parts are available at the right time in every location.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and audit inventory levels across all authorized service centers nationwide to ensure 100% data accuracy.
  • Support dealer service operations by providing inventory replenishment strategies and process guidance.
  • Enforce corporate service standards and operational policies to maintain consistency across the network.
  • Analyze inventory performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory handling and stock reconciliation.
  • Provide training and guidance to regional service partners regarding inventory management systems.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to excess or obsolete stock.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep understanding of inventory control principles, forecasting, and demand planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and driving operational compliance.
  • Ability to travel as required to oversee nationwide operations.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
