Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee inventory operations for authorized service centers and dealers nationwide
- Ensure service partners comply with company standards and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement efficient inventory control systems
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize stock levels
- Train and support service center staff on inventory management best practices
- Prepare regular reports on inventory performance and operational metrics
- Collaborate with the management team to implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in retail or service industry is preferred
