Eraya is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part Inventory Supervisor to join our operations team in Jakarta Raya. In this critical role, you will oversee the management of our raw materials, components, and spare parts, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized to support our manufacturing and logistics objectives.
As the Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records using our ERP systems, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring stock availability to prevent production delays. We are looking for a professional who can identify discrepancies and implement efficient processes to streamline our supply chain operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, components, and spare parts to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Utilize ERP systems to ensure accurate inventory records, including tracking receipts, issues, and adjustments.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and production teams to forecast inventory needs based on demand.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and safety procedures within the warehouse environment.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inventory reports and analyze trends to support decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics supervision.
- Strong proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Relevant degree or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
