Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, components, and spare parts to meet operational demands.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory records by performing regular reconciliations within the ERP system.
- Supervise and conduct periodic physical stock counts and cycle counting procedures.
- Analyze inventory turnover rates and identify slow-moving or obsolete stock.
- Collaborate with the procurement and production teams to forecast part requirements accurately.
- Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory handling and storage.
- Lead and mentor a team of inventory staff to ensure high performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Generate detailed inventory reports and provide actionable insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of inventory control techniques (FIFO, LIFO, JIT).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
