Erajaya is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Inventory Supervisor to join our Xpeng Alam Sutera team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our inventory operations, ensuring that raw materials, components, and spare parts are available to meet production and sales demands efficiently. You will play a key role in optimizing stock levels, reducing waste, and maintaining the integrity of our inventory data through our ERP systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional to lead inventory processes within a dynamic automotive environment.
As a Supervisor, you will act as a bridge between the warehouse team, procurement, and logistics departments. You will ensure that all stock movements are accurately recorded and that our inventory records reflect the true physical state of goods. We are looking for someone who can drive process improvements, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily inventory operations to maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials, components, and spare parts.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and real-time visibility.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and minimize stockouts.
- Analyze inventory reports to identify trends, reduce excess stock, and optimize working capital.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, warehouse organization standards, and inventory control policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor the inventory team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory supervision or management within the automotive or retail industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, FIFO (First-In, First-Out), and stock management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
