Erajaya is looking for a highly organized and experienced Part Inventory Supervisor to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will oversee the inventory management for our Xpeng operations, ensuring that raw materials, components, and spare parts are managed efficiently to support production goals.
As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records using advanced ERP systems and optimizing stock levels to minimize waste and prevent stockouts. You will also lead a team of inventory staff, conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, components, and spare parts to ensure continuous production flow.
- Utilize ERP systems to ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of inventory personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, stocktakes, and physical inventory audits to reconcile book balances with physical stock.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and production teams to forecast demand and optimize reorder points.
- Ensure the storage area is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations and security protocols.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory supervision, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, or EV (Electric Vehicle) industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Fluent in written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
