Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process 4D and TOTO betting transactions while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely and efficiently
- Provide clear and accurate information about 4D and TOTO games, rules, and prizes
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of betting materials and supplies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in front-line customer service or cash handling preferred
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers
- Comfortable with flexible working hours, including rotating shifts and overnight duties
- Basic knowledge of 4D and TOTO games is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain accountability for transactions
- Must be at least 18 years old to handle gaming-related transactions
