As our Account Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our accounting department. Whether you are balancing ledgers or assisting with vendor inquiries, your work will directly impact our financial integrity.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the accurate and timely preparation of accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into the accounting software system.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card expenditures to ensure zero discrepancies.
  • Support the month-end closing process by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital financial filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to process employee expense claims and vendor invoices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Accountancy, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounts assistant or administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP).
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
