Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for charity operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for stakeholder review
- Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely settlements
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards (FRS) and charity regulations
- Coordinate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Support grant reporting and fund allocation documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Singapore FRS and charity financial regulations
- Experience in non-profit or NGO accounting preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
