Tanggung Jawab

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification and accurate data entry.
  • Assist in preparing bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering and preparing necessary data.
  • Prepare and organize financial reports and statements as required by senior management.
  • Handle petty cash management and process employee expense reimbursements.
  • Assist with audit preparations by compiling and providing relevant financial documentation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the finance department.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar financial support role is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
