Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and verify payment documentation.
- Prepare and process supplier invoices and staff expense claims.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the accounting software system.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and report preparation.
- Ensure all financial documents are filed and organized systematically.
- Handle basic petty cash management and related administrative tasks.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounts assistant or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or Sage) is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to commit to the required part-time schedule.
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
