We are currently looking for a motivated Part Time Administrator to support our growing team. As our Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will be the first point of contact for our students and parents, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing student inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our academic staff. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits and provide accurate information.
  • Assist in maintaining student records, registration data, and attendance logs with high attention to detail.
  • Handle general office administration, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily timetable for tutors and students.
  • Cold call or contact potential students to promote our tuition programs and courses.
  • Assist in preparing teaching materials and managing office inventory and supplies.
  • Ensure the reception area and office spaces are kept clean, organized, and welcoming.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • High level of organization and the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or the education sector is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) is preferred.
  • Ability to work part-time hours (flexible timing depending on workload).
