Boltz Academy is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Archery Coach specializing in Recurve bows to join our dynamic team in Ampang, Selangor. We are seeking individuals who possess not only technical expertise but also the ability to inspire and mentor students of various ages and skill levels.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the next generation of archers. We pride ourselves on a professional yet supportive environment where students can thrive. You will be responsible for conducting engaging coaching sessions that focus on proper form, safety, and progressive skill development. Tanggung Jawab
- Instruct students in proper recurve bow setup, stance, and shooting form to ensure technical accuracy.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and range management procedures at all times.
- Conduct regular skill assessments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Maintain and clean archery equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance.
- Design and lead engaging drills and practice sessions tailored to different skill levels.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding progress and program details.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience with Recurve archery equipment and shooting techniques.
- Previous experience in coaching or teaching sports is highly preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate patience and strong communication skills when working with children and adults.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods during coaching sessions.
- Basic knowledge of archery rules, scoring, and competition regulations.
- Enthusiasm for sports and a genuine desire to help students achieve their personal best.
- Relevant archery certification (e.g., Level 1/2 Coach) is an advantage but not mandatory.
