As an Area Coordinator, you will spend your time visiting various retail outlets, auditing displays, and coordinating with store management to optimize sales performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site visits to assigned retail outlets to monitor product availability and display quality.
- Coordinate with store personnel to resolve operational issues and implement merchandising strategies.
- Ensure brand compliance and maintain promotional material standards across all designated areas.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on store performance, inventory levels, and competitor activities.
- Provide training and support to store staff regarding new product features and sales techniques.
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable feedback to the management team to improve retail presence.
- Manage your daily travel route efficiently to maximize time spent on-site at retail locations.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and your own reliable motorcycle.
- Proven experience in retail management, field operations, or a similar territory coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile reporting tools and applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college degree is a plus.
