In this role, you will act as the vital link between our head office and our retail partners, ensuring that our brand presence is maintained to the highest standards.
As an Area Coordinator, you will take ownership of site-specific field tasks, including verifying signage installations and gathering crucial data to help us optimize our operations. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy being in the field, possess strong communication skills, and take pride in precise documentation. You will play a key role in supporting successful installation projects and maintaining excellent relationships with store owners across the Cebu area.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct site visits to verify the accurate installation of signage as per company standards.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with store owners and retail site management.
- Systematically collect and document site information and project progress reports.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to signage positioning and visibility.
- Provide operational support to installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments to relay field feedback and operational updates.
- Ensure all activities adhere to company safety and branding guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in field operations, merchandising, or administrative coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino/Cebuano.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in various retail environments.
- Possession of a smartphone or mobile device for reporting and photo documentation.
- Must be based in or able to commute easily within Cebu City.
- Willingness to travel locally between retail sites as required.
