As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering luxury perfume consultations and ensuring every traveler leaves with a positive impression. You will guide clients through our exquisite fragrance collection, offering personalized recommendations that suit their style and preferences. Our goal is to create an unforgettable shopping experience that reflects the high standards of our brand.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of the retail space, ensuring product displays are impeccable, and upholding the luxury atmosphere of the store. This role offers a fantastic chance to work in a vibrant, high-traffic environment with flexible hours, making it an ideal role for students or those looking for supplementary income.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a luxury shopping experience.
- Provide expert fragrance consultations and personalized product recommendations to travelers.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, including dusting, refilling, and organizing products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and beauty trends to educate customers.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passionate interest in fragrances and luxury consumer goods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo product training.
